Achieve Real Change operates under a cooperative business model. Judy is the Director and Lead Coach who works in collaboration with other qualified and highly skilled professionals. All our coaches are International Coach Federation(ICF) accredited coaches. We have extensive experience in workshop facilitation,a range of disciplines from counselling and psychotherapy to Positive Psychology,and certifications in several diagnostic instruments and 360-degree assessments.
Judy has over 35 years’ experience in the human services and personal development industries with a background in education, counselling and community development. She is committed to supporting personal growth enabling others to thrive in their life and work. She uses her key understandings in personal development, psychology and the basic human need for connectedness, as a catalyst for behavioural change.
